Late renewals platform experience

In this release, we are launching a new platform experience for managing late renewals of Adobe subscriptions—replacing the previous API-only process. This enhancement allows partners to reinstate the eligible expired Adobe subscriptions up to 14 days after the contract end date directly through the platform.

The feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.
